1. Can I book a table outside? 

We always do our best to accommodate requests to be outside but this is not always possible. Please put a note in the comments section requesting outdoor tables and if there’s still space then they’re yours.

2. Do I have to pay to book a table?

Table bookings are free. There is a charge for no show bookings – £25 for groups up to 15 people or £50 for bookings of 16 or more. Please let us know with 48 hours notice if your plans change so we can allocate the tables to other guests.

3. Am I allowed to bring balloons / cake / decorations for my table?

Yes. Cake and balloons are allowed but no external alcohol or catering can be brought in. Please take all decorations with you at the end of the night.

4. What is the maximum amount of tables I can book?

We allocate up to three tables per booking. This is enough space for approx. 30 people. For any larger bookings we can offer exclusive hire of the studio or gallery. To book the studio or gallery please contact [email protected] .

5. Will I be charged if less people turn up?

As long as at least 50% of the booking show up on the day then you will not be charged.

6. What can I do if more people show up?

We hold back a number of tables for walk ins, so there should be space for additional people.

7. If I’m running late, how long will my table be reserved for?

We allow a grace period of 15 mins. Your tables may be claimed by other guests after that time. We would advise getting to the site at least 10 minutes before your booking time if possible.

8. What times can I book?

You can book to arrive between 6-8pm. You can hold your table until we close at midnight.

9. Are children allowed?

Yes but only until 9pm. All under 18s must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

10. Are dogs allowed?

Yes, but please keep them on a leash at all times and remember it can get busy.
